Your patient records are stored on MediScribe's cloud infrastructure. AI inference runs on an enterprise LLM provider's paid API under a Data Processing Agreement — no model training on your data. Audio is auto-deleted after 24 hours.
Local AI
Your patient records are still stored on MediScribe's servers. But AI processing — transcription, SOAP generation, prescriptions, translations — all runs locally on your machine, fully offline. No third-party AI provider sees your consultations.
Self-Hosted
Deploy the entire MediScribe stack on your own infrastructure. Your servers, your database, your AI runtime. We ship the software and provide implementation support.
